HOW DO I...
MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

All surgeries and clinics are run by appointment except for emergencies.

You can book one week in advance for mornings and afternoons.

You can request to see a particular doctor (which may mean waiting a few more days) or to see any doctor (which may mean that you get a quicker appointment).

Last appointment of the day is at 6.00pm.

If you need to speak to a doctor, phone any morning between 9.00 and 11.30am and ask to speak to the duty doctor. They will either take your call or arrange to call you back.

If you have an urgent problem which you feel needs to be seen on the day, please ring or come to the surgery at 8.30am.

We would encourage you to book in advance unless you feel the problem is urgent. This will reduce queuing and should make the surgery more accessible for people who work.

For the sake of others, if you no longer require or are unable to keep to an appointment, then please let us know as soon as possible.

HOW DO I...
OBTAIN A HOME VISIT?

For housebound or severely ill people only, please telephone before 10.30am.

HOW DO I...
OBTAIN TEST RESULTS?

Please telephone after 2.00pm on 0208 2756410. Our receptionists, where authorised, will pass the results on to you, or ask you to speak to the nurse or to see the doctor.

HOW DO I...
OBTAIN A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION?

These do NOT require a prior appointment. Please use the computer printout given to you with your previous prescription. Indicate clearly which item(s) are required and place it in the box in reception. Your prescription will be ready to collect two working days later.

If you lose your printout, then please print clearly on a piece of paper your full name, address and the drug(s) by name that you require.

HOW DO I...
CHANGE MY DETAILS?

If you change your name, postal address, email address or telephone number then please inform us as soon as possible.
